Dog patrols are psychologically demoralizing to criminals and our dogs are trained to show controlled aggression against anyone who confronts their handler. Our security guard dogs are under the constant control of the dog handler at all times. Their function is to alert our handler of any human intruder and protect the dog handler where necessary. In experience, a dog security unit can be equally effective as up to five static security guards, providing a powerful visual deterrent, hearing and scent senses.

Canine patrols are often carried out by our Mobile Unit, but in extreme situations, a guard dog may be incorporated to work alongside the security guard at any named site.
