Adam Is an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services & Railway industry.
Adam is highly skilled in Operations Management, Customer Service, Risk Assessment, Security Management, and Management.
Adam Joined Marvellous Security Services with a clear vision of developing and enhancing the business to become one of the top suppliers in the UK.
Adam has a whole of qualifications including but not limited to:
IOSH Qualified, SIA Door Supervision, SIA CCTV Operator, First Aid Level 3, RSAS accredited, PTS trained
Control Team
24/7/365
We have a full 24/7/365 control room with a dedicated control room manager to oversee the full operational running of the business.
Our control room is a central point that monitors and/or deploys resources — be this to process controls for our systems or to manage our guards.
It is the room where it all happens. We also control and monitor the guard welfare and ensure that lone workers are safe and well using the time gate system for monitoring check calls and alerts.
Our Control room team consists of eight people. Their responsibilities include:

The day-to-day maintenance of the CCTV systems

Arming schedules

Notifying our clients of any security breaches and the outcome of such events

Managing the system to ensure any faults are logged and valid

Co-ordinating and logging any activity on any armed sites and answering the calls from clients and guards that may need assistance with products or schedules

Working with the operations team, the control room team ensures that our clients’ security needs are always met
